In order to perfect our inaugural batch of Green Chile Beef Jerky, we embarked on a journey to Albuquerque, New Mexico during the peak of the annual International Balloon Fiesta. There, we carefully sought out the freshest Hatch Valley green chile peppers, seasonings, and sauces, working closely with local New Mexican experts to develop an authentic recipe that truly captures the essence of this beloved flavor.

We are proud to announce that our jerky has received their seal of approval, and we are excited to offer you the chance to indulge in the legendary taste of Hatch Green Chile. Our selection includes various levels of heat, ranging from a subtle tang complemented by hints of lemon and lime, to a fiery intensity that will immerse you in the bold flavors of the Southwest.


All of our beef jerky products are made with lean, 100% Angus beef roast that is hand selected, craftily prepared and tenderized before being placed into a marinade consisting of our signature homemade recipes and then slowed-dried to perfection.
