  • Report Period: You must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Information: Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

2. Quality Concerns (Taste, Texture, etc.):

We strive for perfection in every batch. If you experience any quality concerns regarding the taste or texture of your product, please reach out to us.

  • Report Period: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

  • Resolution: We are committed to your satisfaction. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. We may ask for details about the product (e.g., Production Code) to help us investigate and improve.

3. General Returns (Unopened/Undamaged):

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns of items that are simply unwanted, opened, or undamaged.

  • Exception: If you wish to return an unopened, undamaged, non-defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss. Returns in this category are at the discretion of Cedar Valley Cuts and may be subject to a restocking fee.
