As someone who spends a lot of time in New Mexico I can tell you this is a very good Hatch Chili Jerky. Would definitely recommend.
The flavor of the herbs and spices really come through in this jerky. This is delicious and I would definitely recommend!

I think maybe I got a month or two old batch that MAYBE affected quality. It was way too tough to chew. Had to toss it. Flavor seemed like it would have been good like the others Ive tried.
Great mix of heat, followed by some smokey sweet pineapple. Really can't put this down!
