At Cedar Valley Cuts, we’re committed to delivering our premium jerky and craft blends quickly, safely, and in peak condition. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Waverly, Iowa.

Shipping Days: Tuesday through Friday

Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time on a shipping day will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next available shipping day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free U.S. Shipping — No Minimums 🇺🇸

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Carrier:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (standard service)

  • Includes tracking on all orders

In some cases, we may select an equivalent ground service when necessary to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 2–5 business days, depending on destination

Optional expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Local Delivery (Cedar Valley Area, Iowa)

We offer local delivery for customers in and around the Cedar Valley region.

Zone 1 — Waverly, Waterloo, Cedar Falls (15–20 mile radius)

  • Minimum Order: $35.00 USD

  • Delivery Fee: $5.00 USD

  • FREE Local Delivery: Orders $30.00 USD or more

Zone 2 — Surrounding Towns (20–30 mile radius)

  • Minimum Order: $75.00 USD

  • FREE Local Delivery

Please select the “Local Delivery” option at checkout if you qualify. Delivery days may vary based on location and order volume.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

Carrier:
Reliable international services such as USPS Priority Mail International or equivalent trackable carriers, selected based on destination and efficiency.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination

International Shipping Promotions:

  • $25 OFF Shipping on international orders $150.00 USD+ (use code GLOBAL25)

  • FREE International Shipping on orders $250.00 USD+

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

Estimated customs duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout for applicable international orders to provide a more transparent total. However, additional charges (such as local brokerage fees or country-specific customs charges not covered at checkout) may still be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Local Delivery: Based on delivery schedule

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs processing)

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
